Why worry?

“The Heavens declare the glory of God. The skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech, night after night they  reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words,: no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”

Psalm 19: 1-3.

Look to the heavens, the sun, moon, stars, planets,   remind yourself of the vastness of the Creation, perhaps the Creator gets bigger, and our (your) problems get smaller?

Take time out of doors. Take time to slow down, to breath, to consider the wonder of all of God’s creation, including you, and your body. 

It can help put it all in perspective. God’s got this. He is bigger than your problems. He is also a God who has solutions, to all of life’s difficulties! Take hope!
