Rates

 Licensed Counselors:
 Initial session: $140.00
Follow up sessions: $130.00 (50 minutes)
90-minute sessions: $200.00

Insurance

Independently licensed providers are in-network providers for:

Aetna,  Cigna/Evernorth, Medica, United Health Care.

Associate licensed providers are in-network providers for:

Aetna,  Cigna/Evernorth, Medica.

We are out-of-network providers for most major health insurance companies.

If your insurance has Behavioral Health benefits that you think may cover our counseling sessions, at your request we will provide a completed Out-Of-Network Provider form that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement, if any, will go directly to you. When billing insurance, a mental health diagnosis must be made in order to access your Behavioral Health benefits.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

All session fees are agreed upon and paid upfront. We do not offer billing.

We accept cash, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account monies and most major credit cards as forms of payment. You are offered a receipt after each session, which can be used for tax purposes.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
