Does your schedule prevent you from seeking therapy? Is your location prohibitive of engaging in regular therapy contact? Do you have a medical condition that makes it difficult to access therapeutic services? Do you prefer the comfort and safety of your own home or office?
As a therapist, I have adapted my clinical skills to provide the same, high-quality services in an online format via HIPPA Compliant videoconferencing. Providing online therapy means I can accommodate your lifestyle and busy schedule while maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality provided through HIPPA compliant software.
Online therapy is an option that is not appropriate for everyone, most notably those who suffer from ongoing suicidal ideation, or those who are not comfortable with videoconferencing technology.
Initial considerations: Before choosing teletherapy, it is important to assess:
- What is your level of comfort with technology?
- Do you have a computer, smartphone, or tablet with camera capabilities to accommodate video therapy?
- Will you have uninterrupted privacy that will allow your visits to be confidential?
- Are you able to commit to a therapy schedule that is not in-person?
Whatever your preference, together we will make a determination for the most effective delivery of therapy for your situation.

Please note, per state regulations, therapists can offer teletherapy services in the states they are licensed in. I am licensed to provide services in Arizona and Minnesota.
