I help facilitate change through emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Finding and creating solutions is my passion while uncovering the problematic communication processes in your relationship. Whether you want to have better communication with your partner, work through trauma or life changes, or just want some relationship maintenance, I look forward to spending time with you to build stronger bonds with your loved ones.
When I am not in the office, I love to spend time with my two kids, my husband, and our two dogs. I am a huge Disney fan, and I always have a little bit of it with me wherever I go!
